Abstract

In legal metrology, the laboratory plays a very vital function. The laboratory must be managed properly because it is closely related to the results of the calibration carried out. Verification, calibration, and testing requires place or environment under certain conditions. Likewise with standards and other equipment, requiring storage and management in certain conditions and ways.
Documentation and recorded data of laboratory conditions are important things that must be managed properly to maintain the quality of calibration and standards maintenance. The LUTRON HT-3015 is a measuring instrument that can measure air temperature and relative humidity at the same time on one device. This instrument can also work as a data logger so that it can be used to make daily temperature and relative humidity in a laboratory. However, this instrument is not equipped with data acquisition software so it is necessary to design a software to retrieve data stored in the LUTRON HT-3015 data logger.
