ANALISIS CONTROL CHART DALAM PROGRAM JAMINAN KESESUAIAN HASIL PENGUKURAN

Abstract

Each Legal Metrology Unit have to do measurement assurance mandated in Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 52 of 2019 about Legal Metrology Standard Measures. Legal Metrology Unit do measurement assurance through check standard, inter-laboratory comparison and replicate tests. Control chart as the output of check standard and replicate tests is expected to always be in-lier within a predetermined limit range. However, if the resulting control chart is outlier, the Legal Metrology Unit must conduct a cause analysis and follow up to overcome it. The Ministerial Regulation does not yet regulate the procedure for evaluating control charts, therefore this article is expected to provide an overview for the Legal Metrology Unit in evaluating the resulting control charts in check standard and replicate tests, including analyzing the causes and follow-ups that can be taken so that problems that appears resolved and does not happen again.
