Abstract

The fuel dispenser (PU BBM) is one of the measuring instruments that must be verification with a period of 1 year. To protect the use of PU BBM from cheating, the parts of the meter that are directly related to the measurement are protected by seals. The use of PU BBM in the field (Public Fuel Filling Station) is often found to be fraudulent, by reducing the dose (volume) issued by PU BBM. How to overcome the PU BBM fraud is carried out by inspection of the PU BBM. In this study, an alternative method of inspection PU BBM is proposed by monitoring the pulser PU BBM signal using the ADDIE development model. In this study, a pulser dispenser monitoring with a debit of 1-3 liters/minute has been successfully created and a pulse reader android based. Then, the pulser monitoring process was successfully transmitted pulses from the dispenser to the android device, then converted it into volume with an average error of -1.99%.
